support theirbusiness. Last year the University delivered 3.5 million pounds worth of continuing professional development training and short course provision. We work with a wide variety of organisations to deliver bespoke management education in a wide range of topics including leadership and management, marketing and finance that enable executives to develop key capabilities that add real value to their organisation.
Kingston University also offers opportunities for individuals to sit in on teaching sessions across a range of subjects. Employees can also use their work place experience towards a Masters level qualification where there is an emphasis on the course dovetailing with the personal and professional development needs of both the employee and their company. Courses are available in areas such as project management, leadership, human resource management practice and innovation and entrepreneurship.
